“Our AC unit recently failed, and after contacting Mountain Air, they initially offered repair options. However, because our home is older and had several issues from previous renovations, including low-hanging ductwork, wiring, and refrigerant lines in the basement, I wanted to explore replacing the entire system and cleaning up some of the existing installation.

Kevin came out and took the time to understand what we wanted to accomplish. He presented several options for both repair and replacement and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each. At no point did I feel pressured or upsold. In fact, I appreciated that they were willing to repair the AC if that was the route I wanted to take. After receiving quotes from other companies, I found Mountain Air's pricing to be fair and competitive.

We ultimately chose to install a new Lennox HVAC system, replace some older ductwork, and clean up areas that had become cluttered or poorly routed over the years. The three-man installation crew did an outstanding job. Our home presented several challenges due to exposed beams, limited headroom, and the layout of an older house, but they maximized the available space and delivered a very clean, professional-looking installation.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. They removed old gas lines that were no longer in use from a previously relocated hot water tank, secured and supported flex duct runs to keep everything neat and tidy, and cleaned up the entire work area. It's clear they take pride in their workmanship and care about doing the job right, not just getting it done.

The new system runs great, looks fantastic, and has significantly improved the appearance and organization of our basement utility area. From Kevin's honest and informative consultation to the professionalism of the installation crew, the entire experience was excellent.

I use my oil furnace on the really cold days of winter as a helper for our electric furnace. Made the call, I got Gary. Amazing guy from the very start. “Can’t say enough good things about them! When it’s 90 degrees and your AC keeps blowing fuses and they tell you they’ll be here in a few hours it’s music to your ears. They traced the problem to a few shorted wires and within a half an hour had it up and running, great guys, reasonable prices, would definitely call them again! In fact I may get them to put in a new condenser unit to replace my outdated heat pump. 5 stars all day long!“
