“Waylon and his team were great... as you'll see from my reviews, I vet thoroughly and then review when I have a great experience. We went with Hardie soffits/fascia/trim + new gutters.This was NOT an easy installation, nor an easy material to work with. The crew carefully removed the existing soffits and fascia; making sure not to damage the redwood siding. They then took the same care when installing the new material.In addition to working hard and great craftsmanship, the crews were friendly, cleaned up at the end of the day and asked any time they had a question. “My crew was polite, professional and super competent. The job was done in the time frames quoted. When I placed the down payment (50%) the time frame for delivery from the factory to the local shop was 8 - 12 weeks. They arrived in 8 and we were notified. We were able to schedule the install the following week, which was faster than promised at purchase (2-3 weeks promised).The end result looks better than expected. The tidy craftsmanship is a large part of that. The quality of the product is better than expected. I am a repeat customer. The first time I bought their basic model, this time I went for the the 6000 series (triple pane/argon filled/low e) and I really like them. (The first purchase 5 years ago looks and works as they did when brand new) I also got 5 hopper windows for the basement. The crew did an outstanding job wrapping the basement windows too - even crawling into the window wells to get the job done.These windows are very good quality at an exceptional value point throughout the range of the window products.Again, my installation crew was excellent.“
