Our condo complex had roof damage in thr April 2025 hailstorm. We had 18 duplexes that needed repair and we chose Options Exteriors to do the work. Every step of the process was handled well. Charles Tralmer, our project manager, worked with the insurance adjuster to come up with a scope of work. All roofs and gutters needed replacing, with some siding work also needed. Charles kept us updated as to timing of repairs and ensured that all work was done correctly. The cleanup after each repair was great.
