Our condo complex had roof damage in thr April 2025 hailstorm. We had 18 duplexes that needed repair and we chose Options Exteriors to do the work. Every step of the process was handled well. Charles Tralmer, our project manager, worked with the insurance adjuster to come up with a scope of work. All roofs and gutters needed replacing, with some siding work also needed. Charles kept us updated as to timing of repairs and ensured that all work was done correctly. The cleanup after each repair was great. I had several estimates and Waylon was the most authentically sincere, kind AND affordable. So although the other companies I had heard of through extensive marketing I decided to give All City the project. THEY WERE GREAT! Not only did they side the house beyond my expectations, they were clean, kind and provided home maintenance tips and assistance for free (ant and bee extermination tips among others!) When the invoice came, I expected to see some additions based on little repairs they had to do along the way. NO CHANGE ORDERS with this company. I miss having Rich and Craig show up at 6:45am to greet me too!
