“While a carpet installer was pulling up the old carpet, we discover some rotten flooring, which eventually led us to a hidden leak in a small corner of our roof. Kris came out to inspect, pointed it out right away, but also showed us that the entire side portion under that corner was rotten and soft to the touch. Kris sent me an overly reasonable estimate, I accepted and he gave me a rough timeline.It just so happens that I had to leave the country for an emergency leaving my brother to manage the project and my home.Our dad was a carpenter. We were always involved in remodel projects, building, framing, you name it. We've reroofed several of our own homes. If we were younger, we'd have done it ourselves. The project was completed when I returned home. Kris sent me pictures and my brother watched his team closely ;) saying that they did their job well.I would complain about all the supplies and materials they left behind if it wasn't for the extremely reasonable cost of the project.Thank you Kris! “Waylon and his team were great... as you'll see from my reviews, I vet thoroughly and then review when I have a great experience. We went with Hardie soffits/fascia/trim + new gutters.This was NOT an easy installation, nor an easy material to work with. The crew carefully removed the existing soffits and fascia; making sure not to damage the redwood siding. They then took the same care when installing the new material.In addition to working hard and great craftsmanship, the crews were friendly, cleaned up at the end of the day and asked any time they had a question. “My crew was polite, professional and super competent. The job was done in the time frames quoted. When I placed the down payment (50%) the time frame for delivery from the factory to the local shop was 8 - 12 weeks. They arrived in 8 and we were notified. We were able to schedule the install the following week, which was faster than promised at purchase (2-3 weeks promised).The end result looks better than expected. The tidy craftsmanship is a large part of that. The quality of the product is better than expected. I am a repeat customer. The first time I bought their basic model, this time I went for the the 6000 series (triple pane/argon filled/low e) and I really like them. (The first purchase 5 years ago looks and works as they did when brand new) I also got 5 hopper windows for the basement. The crew did an outstanding job wrapping the basement windows too - even crawling into the window wells to get the job done.These windows are very good quality at an exceptional value point throughout the range of the window products.Again, my installation crew was excellent.“
