My crew was polite, professional and super competent. The job was done in the time frames quoted. When I placed the down payment (50%) the time frame for delivery from the factory to the local shop was 8 - 12 weeks. They arrived in 8 and we were notified. We were able to schedule the install the following week, which was faster than promised at purchase (2-3 weeks promised).The end result looks better than expected. The tidy craftsmanship is a large part of that. The quality of the product is better than expected. I am a repeat customer. We recently purchased 24 new windows for our home through Window World. Initially, Preston came out to take measurements and answer questions, he was very professional and informative.
