“While a carpet installer was pulling up the old carpet, we discover some rotten flooring, which eventually led us to a hidden leak in a small corner of our roof. Kris came out to inspect, pointed it out right away, but also showed us that the entire side portion under that corner was rotten and soft to the touch. Kris sent me an overly reasonable estimate, I accepted and he gave me a rough timeline.It just so happens that I had to leave the country for an emergency leaving my brother to manage the project and my home.Our dad was a carpenter. We were always involved in remodel projects, building, framing, you name it. We've reroofed several of our own homes. If we were younger, we'd have done it ourselves. The project was completed when I returned home. Kris sent me pictures and my brother watched his team closely ;) saying that they did their job well.I would complain about all the supplies and materials they left behind if it wasn't for the extremely reasonable cost of the project.Thank you Kris! “I only have positive things to say about my experience with All-State Roofing. I have an older house with an addition that has a flat roof. Late December, I noticed a small leak on the ceiling after hard rain. Joe was there a couple of days after my call for an inspection of the leak problem and submitting a quote for the work (which was very reasonable, considering it was not a cookie-cutter job). And thanks to the unusually warm weather early February, Joe could schedule the work much earlier than it was planned. The final result looks excellent, the roof is rebuilt in a much better way than it was originally, to prevent water pooling and premature wear of the roof membrane. Support a locally-owned company, you won't be disappointed.“

We went with Hardie soffits/fascia/trim + new gutters.This was NOT an easy installation, nor an easy material to work with. The crew carefully removed the existing soffits and fascia; making sure not to damage the redwood siding. They then took the same care when installing the new material.In addition to working hard and great craftsmanship, the crews were friendly, cleaned up at the end of the day and asked any time they had a question. “I highly recommend J&V Roofing! We originally contacted 5 different roofing companies to bid a house and porch roof replacement. Out of the 5, Jose was the ONLY roofer. “This company was a pleasure to work with. Mike was easily accessible by text and email and phone. He came by to chat with us while preparing our quote and had plenty of options for us to choose from. We went with standing seam coil roofing, and he gave us a couple nearby houses he had done to drive by and check out some colors and what it would look like. He managed to schedule us a lot sooner than we expected, which was nice. The crew of 4 arrived at 7am and got straight to work, managing to do our whole roof in a single day (it wasn't a complicated job, though). They took good care of the roof, making sure that it was sound before covering it up for what we hope will be 50 years. They got lots of pictures as well, so we can refer back to them if needed. They cleaned it all up at the end of the day. Then Mike followed up to make sure it went well and came by to inspect the work himself. I feel like they did a good job taking care of us. They were professional, experts, and fast.“
