The sales process was easy peasy. Genesis did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone, and I am very difficult on contractors. I have had several contractors do work in and outside my house and do sub-par work and have given them extremely negative reviews, but not Genesis!!!“

“We had ABC install new gutters a few years ago so decided to hire them again for a roof replacement. We love the look of our new roof, but more than that we were very impressed by the crew who installed our roof. They were professional, friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. They encountered some unexpected things during the install but without hesitation fixed the issues without complaint or hiding the problem like some other installers might do. They seemed eager to please and do a great job, with even going above and beyond when needed. The crew left our yard and driveway spotless. John, the owner, was great to work with when he came to inspect our roof and send us an estimate and then had to re-do the estimate because we added a few things. He was very responsive to emails and texts. Brenda was also very responsive to phone calls and emails regarding questions that we had during the decision making process with shingle colors.
