“I reached out to Paramount to get an estimate on a roof and found out they could also do my siding, windows/doors, and gutters. The idea of having a single contact person (James) for everything was very appealing. James was incredibly responsive and spoke intelligently about all aspects of the exterior remodel. What was nice was that he would give us a few opinions along the way using his years of experience as a guide. Once we decided on materials and colors, the scheduling process was a breeze. The crews for the jobs showed up on time and worked diligently until the job was done. They were respectful of the property and kept the work site safe and clean. Our house is 33 years old and this is the first remodel so as you can imagine, some issues were uncovered as the old siding was removed. Those issues were handled quickly and at a fair price. New framing and sheeting had to take place in an area that had some water damage due to poor work being done by the original home builder. James' team attacked this problem without skipping a beat and put us at ease very quickly. James was on site multiple times during the project and was always available. Going through an entire exterior remodel is a stressful process but it could not have gone any smoother thanks to James and Paramount Crew. The project was completed late last week and we love everything about it. If you are looking to have work done, save yourself the research and go with Paramount. I can be very picky about some things and Paramount knocked it out of the park.“

The sales process was easy peasy. Genesis did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone, and I am very difficult on contractors. I have had several contractors do work in and outside my house and do sub-par work and have given them extremely negative reviews, but not Genesis!!!“

“I can’t speak for the quality of work. I had Marv, a salesman for the company take a look at my roof after completing his inspection on my next door neighbors. No appointment, just glad to help. After his inspection, he put a couple of small tarps down on my roof and proceeded to tell me that the roof looked great. I needed a couple of top caps and a few other spots had cosmetic damage. He could have easily pushed a new roof and with insurance behind him that would have been the easy money route. It could have been a long drawn out battle with the insurance company. Honesty and integrity is Marv’s middle name. I would definitely recommend asking this guys opinion.
