I started with a beginner pack trial run and was hooked immediately. I enjoy all the instructors and the timing of classes are great and inclusive. The studio is welcoming and is a great fit for beginners and yogis alike. Huge shout out to Sarah for her killer “sound tracks” she makes for each session! It’s so cool and really makes it fun!“

5326 W Vliet St, Milwaukee“Only yoga studio in Milwaukee that does 90 minute Bikram yoga classes multiple times per week. The heat, humidity, and positive energy I feel from this small studio and its instructors have me feeling energized and looking forward to the next time I get practice here again. All instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about yoga and health.
I had been seeing a chiropractor a few times per week for bulging disc issues for a few years. After a few months of regular practice here I no longer feel the need to go to the chiropractor nearly as much.“
“Very good teachers that catered to the individual needs. Definitely going back again.“

435 E Lincoln Ave 2nd FL, Milwaukee“As an MKE transplant, I'm happy to have found a yoga studio as solid as Healium! The space (of all three studios) is clean, bright and inviting. I've had great experiences with each instructor I've taken! They always provide modifications or advancements. It's a welcoming community.“
“I’ve only been to the yoga for vets class which is free for veterans. It’s at 10am every Wednesday morning. Linda is very accommodating to everyone no matter how much, or little, yoga they’ve done.“
“Zero judgement here. No ego. Just you and your mat. Really great intro if your planning to start hot yoga. They offer 3 classes for $15 then you can purchase blocks of 10 or 20 classes that don't expire (or other memberships) and go when you please. I found this studio when I was struggling with my health, heart health ecspecially so I went into this very open but also not sure what to expect. I first met Ellen and she was so nice and reassuring and did some of poses next to me if i wasnt sure. I was hooked! If your looking for a faster pace I'd recommend Chandler. She's a great powerhouse and keeps you really moving! My personal favorite is Susan! ? We've chatted about expectations and finding your inner grouding. She has given me alot of tips and support through my journey. She always reassures that it's going to be hard but this is your practice and you know your body best. I feel like I leave her classes mentally and emotionally refreshed. I'd highly recommend this studio. I will say leave early to find parking and they do close the doors when class starts so don't get locked out!“

“Empower has become my go-to peaceful place since about a month ago. I have taken classes from a variety of instructors, and though they each offer variety through their style and preferences, they all have kindness in common. Once I came in a little late. I snuck in as quietly as I could, and apologized after class. The instructor’s response made me feel so welcome. She simply told me she was so glad I made it. Thank you to each instructor who makes this space what it is. And by the way, I have never heard of yoga classes that are so great for such a great value!“
