We had 2 different techs here for 2 different issues - 1 to install a new thermostat and to provide an annual inspection of our A/C unit, and 1 to install two toilets (supplied by us) and replace two outdoor water faucets. Both techs were highly professional and communicated very clearly with us throughout the process.
Prices seem high since this organization was bought out, but the techs provide the same high-quality work we have enjoyed for more than 30 years.
I will never use a different plumber. He’s fixed 2 toilets a faucet and helped me with a hot water problem over the phone. The best. Hands down.

This project involved replacing a half circle window above the front window with a rectangle window and the front door and storm door with a rectangle window replacing the half circle window above it. Upon completion of that our siding was replaced with new vinyl. The project went well despite a few hiccups (major rot below our front window and door due to a poor installation of both by another contractor). Both issues were fixed correctly and the rest of the installation went well. The rectangle windows really updated the look of our house and my wife and I are very pleased with the end result. The installers kept us informed on the necessary repairs and I felt that the additional cost was very fair for the work that was done. I would highly recommend Sromberg Windows and Doors LLC for their quality installation and very competitive pricing.

We were very happy with the careful, friendly and hardworking team who did tree pruning, dead tree removal, and removal of overgrown bushes in our yard. They did a great job of cleaning up and did not do any damage to our lawn in the process. We will be happy to hire Turf and Tree Worx again in the future.

Dr. Shambeau, Avery, and the staff at GDE are fabulous. They make you feel so relaxed and comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. For years, I put off dental treatment because of a severe gag reflex. Every visit to a dentist felt overwhelming, and the anxiety only made things worse. When I was finally referred to Dr. Aanal Parikh in West Bend, I wasn't sure what to expect — but she completely changed my perspective.
Dr. Parikh performed a crown treatment, and I was amazed at how smoothly everything went. Her technique and patience meant I experienced almost no gag reflex throughout the procedure, which was something I never thought possible. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely made me feel at ease.
I would highly recommend Dr. Parikh to anyone who has been avoiding dental care due to a sensitive gag reflex. She has the skill and the professional manner to make even the most anxious patients comfortable.
I called yesterday with extreme tooth pain from a loose spacer. I was basically in tears bc of the pain and frustration of not finding anyone that could take me before a holiday weekend. The receptionist Jenny asked what was going on and explained it Dr. Shambeu and they got me in the same day and took it out! I feel so much better! I could not thank this place enough for taking me in at last minute before they closed on a holiday weekend when they could have simply turned me away. Everyone here is so kind and put me back at ease. I’ve had a lot of bad dental experiences so it was hard but they calmed my anxiety and I was able to trust them within a few minute conversation. Dr Bell helped fix up some cavities that either didn’t age well or were not done properly in the first place, and was very informative of all the work I needed done and WHY I needed it done and not just telling me I needed it. The whole staff is very friendly, and I never felt judged in my time there. Definitely recommend!

In February, I had been suffering from on and off vertigo for months as well as feeling off, and experiencing frequent SI and low back and hip pain. I emailed them and they promptly replied. I had relief For my vertigo after the first visit. I have been working with them for months and am now on wellness every other week. I’m 64 years old and have had SI and hip issues and difficulty getting to the floor and sitting on the floor for years. This is important for playing with my grandchildren as well as for working in our 12 acre meadow/woods. It has been so long since I have felt this good. I’m able to maintain ground position for an hour if I need to. I can easily get up and down. I feel like I’ve gained 10 years back. The building is beautiful, the staff are all wonderful and knowledgeable and I am seen promptly!

Heart & Soul gives their heart and soul to the care of their patients. The reception and tech staff are exceptionally trained to handle most anything. My dog received lazer treatments for months and the techs made sure Sadie was greeted and made comfortable. These treatments were the successful in treating her arthritis and now she is a bouncy running girl. Because my Max required anal drainage monthly, we are there on a regular basis. Treatments are always on time, thoroughly explained and pleasant. Thanks to them, my dogs are willing to go to the vet. We are very grateful for this wonderful clinic.

Was looking for a new groomer in the area and Heart & Soul was amazing at every step of the process, from communication, to intake, to the professional and prompt groom! My little girl is 17 and Heart & Soul took such good care of her.
Can't recommend this place enough! Brought my 2 dogs here for a much needed groom. A mini golden doodle and a bernedoodle. Tucker (bernedoodle) is very scared getting baths and haircuts. I've tried meds from the vet, cbd, you name it. I've had groomers tell me they can't groom him anymore because he's too difficult. I ended up buying clippers and trying my best to groom him at home, but I'm no professional! I found this place after reading reviews and let me tell you- I could've cried when I picked my dogs up! They were so happy and had the best cuts they've ever had! I love this place and how relaxed it was and can't thank them enough for giving Tucker a chance and making him look so handsome. I appreciate the work that goes into grooming and I highly, highly recommend!!
