I called for appointment on Monday, 7/25 & left message for appointment on Friday, 7/29 at 11 Or anytime in the morning. I did not receive a call back until Wednesday, 7/27 when I was told by Brenda that she was not taking new clients. If one is indeed not taking new clients, it would be a good idea to put that on your message. It would also be a good business practice to return calls prior to 48 hours lapsing. I am after all still a potential customer. It is no wonder that businesses are going out of business when customers are treated like this. If you are indeed a new client, no need to bother calling here since Brenda is not taking new clients. That way, you won't have to waste your time waiting for a telephone call back for two days telling you this.
