make this company your FIRST call! -first time we ever met him- responded fast for appointment set up , the owner came himself, and treated my older home with respect and was so very friendly, easy to talk to and didn't rush when we had questions and went above and beyond. we got treated very well and price was more than fair for the time he gave us. it is so relieving to have someone you want to call if you need them for electric issues, you feel comfortable with who is honest and never made us feel like we were holding him up. the relief feeling - like if your ceiling fan dies, it's not oh no and your worrying who will be able to fix it, this company is like- great!...read full review

I've had two great experiences with Jeremy and Ideal Electric, the most recent was installing a whole house generator. Not only was Jeremy able to do the job substantially cheaper than some of the bigger names, but he did an excellent job, and I can tell that he really cares about the quality of his work and taking care of his customers. I would 100% trust him for all my future electrical needs - I have total confidence that he'll do the job well, and at a fair price.

Ideal Electric has been our go-to company since the 1980’s, first with Jeremy’s father, and then in West Bend with Jeremy. Response time is quick, with courteous service and reasonable rates to keep our all-electric home maintained well.
