I usually love my nails when I leave there, I haven't gotten my nails done in a few months to give them a little break. I was so excited to go back because I am impressed with them, especially compared to other nail places on town, and I have tried most of them. I got my nails done by Danny today, and my goodness I was very disappointed. I don't usually leave reviews but today I am so nobody else is as let down as I am. My nails are very thick, VERY crooked, very uneven, very sharp, and looked like they were smiling with how bent the tips were! My first time there and it is now my favorite of all the places I have tried. Jayce did an amazing job and has a great eye for detail. I usually get pretty anxious when they bring out the dremel but have no more fears because he did it without "over" doing it. Environment is clean and calming. I fell in love with this salon. Very happy with the service. Thank you Jayce and West Bend Nails.

I called immediately after having a horrible experience at a salon in Jackson. I needed my nails fixed and John got me right in on a busy Saturday morning. He had to completely re-do what was done! They are perfect! I’ve always loved this salon but it is not super convenient as I live out of town… they have gained a customer for life based on the experience I had today! They are far superior to many salons in the area! I am so pleased. John is the best!!
