You can tell when someone truly loves animals and understands how stressful vet visits can be — Andrea is that person.

Dr. Steve and Dr. Nick were equally outstanding. Both doctors were thorough, knowledgeable, and patient, explaining everything clearly without rushing or dismissing concerns. They approached the situation with a balance of clinical expertise and genuine empathy, which is exactly what you hope for when your pet’s health is on the line. I felt fully informed, supported, and confident in the care plan moving forward.

The vet tech actually gave Ginger the injection in the waiting room because there were no other clients/patients there at the time. Ginger didn't even notice that she received the injection. The vet tech gave her treats for being a good girl. The tech asked for permission to give Ginger treats before she did.“

Kelsie always gives her the extra time and care she needs. My dachshund went today for the very first time and came home happy, soft and fluffy.
They sell the cutest dog cookies and treats here, too. My girls say they are delicious.“

“Dr. Sherer is fantastic! I highly recommend them. Cat care in general is not cheap, so don’t go in expecting to spend $100 one time and never worry about your cat again. Dr. Sherer went above and beyond to inform me everything about my cat’s teeth extraction and cleaning. They called in advance for optional procedures and outlined every step of the process. I’m very grateful for their expertise and they are well worth the money.“

“Our dog in the past has always seen Dr. Wertz who has been incredible. I would highly recommend him to others. Our recent visits were with Dr. Emily Weaver and Jena, have not been up to the usual standards. We never received a follow up call as stated regarding the next steps of care. Per Bluemound Animal Hospital they are experiencing a major staffing shortage which is causing longer hold times on the phone and an average of 15-30 minute wait for appointments. Hopefully their team is able to find new staff members to improve the client experience.“

This team really cares, they remember you, and look forward to seeing you and your pet, they are very intelligent, respectful, and mindful. The first thing Dr. Amy said when she saw us was that she missed us, that was so sweet to hear especially on such a hard day. The staff were so lovely, offering water and letting us take our time, i really liked that we paid in the room instead of in the waiting room cause my mom and i were a MESS (understandably so.)
