Our dog recently had TPLO surgery at Hales Corners Vet, and they provided excellent care to our dog, excellent service to us and have answered all of our questions and concerns. We've been going to HCV for years for both of our dogs and would highly recommend them for your pet.
My very large dog is overly anxious and stressed when he visits the vet and is given tranquilizers before the appointment to help calm him. Despite the medication, he is very difficult and doesn’t cooperate. I truly appreciate the patience and understanding from the staff and doctors. They are very knowledgeable and get creative in ways to treat my dog even though he’s scared, angry and doesn’t want them touching him. The staff and doctors thoroughly explain what they are doing, present different options, and upfront about costs. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet’s health and wellbeing.

I wasn't asked regarding permission about actively recorded notes, my family member was. I didn't get told that the Veterinarian and Tech would be with us soon, my family member was.
I'm convinced if my family member was there with another animal in need of a visit she would've been acknowledged… read full review
