Dr. Ben helped me send my 17 year old cat to the spirit world. They were very accommodating and kind to the situation at hand. I appreciate the help ending her suffering.One thing I would note for improvement is that the assistants that day at the desk were a bit loud in discussing about other things (work related complaints that could have been discussed in private ir withheld), when I feel and have been trained to be more respectful to the situation. The actual Vet Tech and Doctor were very gentle and respectful, though.

My experience here includes excellent communication for scheduling and treatment options. I was able to get a same day visit for my pup, and we devised a good plan for getting my dog feeling better again. I felt heard and had all my questions answered. I am confident my dog is receiving the best care. This is an amazing and caring team, and I would recommend them to everyone.

I have been bringing my cats to BRAH for over 30 years. The care they have been given has been exceptional. Dr. McCabe is always so caring and always talks to you in words you can understand. The staff (including all the techs and the front desk) is always very friendly. I would highly recommend BRAH.
