“I was referred to FYZICAL Therapy and Balance for vertigo back in July '25. While being treated for this, a discussion started about the lower back pain I've had for over 10 years. I had been treated with ablations and cortisone shots. Yes, there was relief but the treatment itself became too painful for me.
FYZICAL offered me an alternative. We started with low impact strengthening exercises and was then introduced to the Neubie machine. The combination was wonderful.
I continue my back exercises at home now and know if my pain/vertigo issues reach beyond my control, they are just a phone call away.
I'm dizzy-free and grateful to this team for their kindly care.

“Absolutely wonderful facility! The people are so kind and caring and friendly. The three hours of Rehab you get a day is amazing! More rehabilitation places should do that. It really does help the recovery process. The only constructive thing I would say is that they need to find a way to give more feedback to the families about progress and do a better job of giving you a summary statement of the progress/abilities of the patient when they leave. Develop a MyChart type system or something or have the doctors/therapists make phone calls to the family. I got updates from the caseworker, but it was more regarding insurance, check out, and administration of type things. She was not able to give specifics about how the rehab was going, etc. That would just be a nice enhancement to add but overall strongly recommend.“

“I highly recommend Nate to anyone suffering from muscle pain, stiffness, or injury. I had hip problems from running and lifting a number of years ago and he addressed the pain with dry needling and showed me how to prevent future injury with stretching and an exercise regimen. His goal is to help you avoid medicine and surgery to deal with the pain and he's very good at it.“
