“Grew up playing soccer and made it to playing semi pro Futsal when I had this injury. I broke my back in three spots. I had surgery back in 2021 and found some relief from that for a short period of time. With this being said I have transitioned to coaching the game in hopes of sharing my knowledge with the youth in my area. Furthermore I had the privilege of meeting Dr.Alex at one of the youth events. He noticed that I was in some discomfort right away and asked me to come in to look at it further. I am on my 7th visit now and I can honestly say the pain relief has upped my quality of life. I would definitely recommend someone to come to Elevate PT for any physical or mobility challenges or pain.“

“I have been seeing Doctor Mary since the beginning of 2023 and she has made a huge difference in my pelvic/core strength! She is very encouraging and is very through. I would highly recommend this place for anyone with postpartum issues of any other pelvic related issues!“

“The credentials the staff carry are not typical of what you would see at other gyms, which gives me the full confidence that I can stay safe and healthy while working towards my personal/specific goals. I feel fortunate to be able to talk to my trainers about any random pains I experience (in or out of the gym), instead of just waiting it out or rushing to a doctor. Every month, I get a new program tailored to my needs which keeps my workouts interesting. In the one year I've been a member, I've become much stronger and seen improvement in my posture. I recommend the gym to anyone who asks because it's definitely been worth the money.“

“Unfortunately, it seems I frequently need physical therapy for a broken ankle, torn thumb ligament, broken wrist, pulled hamstring.... you get it?Fortunately, Colleen Wilkens, MPT, is there to get me back in shape quickly and typically in better condition than I started. Highly recommend for all your PT needs!“

“I met with Cathy for the first time today. She was delightful. This was my first time going to a PT at all. She was very kind and attentive. She made the process really easy. She explained what she was doing and why as she evaluated. She gave me homework (I.e. exercises to do at home) and a plan to move forward with. She explained how their process works and allowed me time to think on my decision moving forward. I can feel already that she is going to be able to make a difference in my body as we work together and that she is very focused on my healing and overall health.Update July 2023: I have finished my sessions with Cathy and am feeling amazing! No more pain! I have so many tools that I can use now and am keeping my PT going at home! Strength is the name of the game at this point.November 2023: I have continued my at home PT and am happy to say that there is no more pain or "crunching" sound/feeling in my shoulder!! Huge thanks to Cathy!“

“I was referred by the Pain Management Center at the Medical College of WI for chronic neck and back pain with deconditioning. We were going to try a therapy called "dry needling." Ryan, my physical therapist, says my description might scare people so I'll let you Google it for the scientific explanation :+)I've had about four or five appointments and it's going well. I'm not magically cured, but "dry needling" has worked to relax muscles in my neck that feel like they have been contracted for years. The tired, achy, burning pain has improved. Because the muscles are more relaxed, I can perform the "homework" stretches; whereas, in the past, I'd just look at the therapist (who obviously did NOT suffer from chronic pain) and laugh knowing I'd NEVER do those exercises because they'd CAUSE more muscle spasms! So I'm grateful for "dry needling," at least so far, even though it's no picnic, and (even though I tell Ryan that I curse him to hell and back the day after my treatment) I'm grateful for Ryan, the Jedi Master of dry needling, and his young Padawan, Adam. Nicole is in charge of making sure I show up on the right day at the right time (and probably so much more that I'm unaware of), which seems simple, but is a tall order. She's always ready with a ? smile. The place is clean, which is important!! Overall, I'd DEFINITELY recommend them to my friends and family.“

“No one wants to go for physical therapy but the two therapists at this clinic are by far the best I have ever had. They explain everything that they are going to do and do not move forward until you understand what they are doing, They have your best health at "hand". Additionally they send you home with exercises stressing how important it is to carry through with them and not just do them in therapy. I would recommend this Clinic to anyone.“

“I have been a client of Vita for almost 10 years. In my opinion, no other physical therapy businesses cannot compare. Tommy my therapist and owner of vita is very knowledgeable. He is always seeking new information via classes and seminars. I have referred a number of friends and family members to Vita, and all were satisfied. One of my favorite treatments is dry needling. This is where you get instant results of being able to turn your head or alleviate pain due to sciatica. Also, I would just like to address a comment made about Brad. He is a wonderful person, and there is not a racist bone in his body. I would sincerely tell anyone who has pains or is looking for a physical therapist to contact Vita. You will not be disappointed.“
