“I love the heated therapy pool and large windows surrounding both pools that show the trees outside.My only complaint - the hallway floor near the entrance is mopped and wet an hour before closing. I've asked several times for the workers not to wash the floor until after closing. I'm afraid of slipping or of someone older falling. Most of the time there are no cones out warning members.“

“I am 71. Last year I started having pain in my right knee and ankle. It got worse and there were times I could not drive because of the pain in my ankle. I saw my Doctor and she said it is probably bursitis or arthritis and to use Voltaren. It did nothing. My wife sees Emily a massage therapist at Body Renovation and she suggested I see Peter Arndt who is a Physical Therapist Doctor. Peter analyzed my problem and said I had a knee issue. He gave me a few exercises to do and after two days 70% of the pain was gone. He added a few more stretches and strength exercises which have furthered my recovery. I am now back to walking 4-5 miles per day and the pain is gone. Total time was about 2 months. All I can say is that Peter is amazing.“
“I highly recommend Nate to anyone suffering from muscle pain, stiffness, or injury. I had hip problems from running and lifting a number of years ago and he addressed the pain with dry needling and showed me how to prevent future injury with stretching and an exercise regimen. His goal is to help you avoid medicine and surgery to deal with the pain and he's very good at it.“

“PT Plus has been a lifesaver. When I started with PT Plus I was walking like I needed a walker and traditional PT wasn’t helping. My hips were in so much pain I wasn’t even sure where the pain was coming from. Lindsay has really worked magic to alleviate the pain and help me progress to walking more normal. I like that she isn’t just focused on the hips but understands how the whole body works together. I’m not fully fixed yet but I feel so much more positive about how I can get there. “As others have said, Emily is absolutely amazing! I have been to 2 other physical therapists, 2 podiatrists, a neurologist and a series of chiropractors to try and figure out ongoing foot pain (amongst other physical pains) that had lasted a little over 2 years to the point where I was unhappy doing basically any kind of walking. No one could truly give me pain relief or answers to what was going on.In the roughly 3 months of seeing Emily, my pain has improved greatly and I have better range of motion. I'm able to do things I haven't been able to do in years. I look forward to every single visit! She is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, and she really gets to the root of the problem.
