As of April 26, 2024, I don't know if Clifford Xander Enterprises is still in business. No one answers the phone and they appear not to return messages left at their phone number.
I was freaking out when our furnace started blowing cold air. I tried calling several places (including the place that installed our furnace), but to no avail. After someone referred me to Cliff, I got a hold of him right away and he was out in less than an hour.
Our furnace was fixed and running in less than 30 minutes once he got here. I am so, SO grateful for his fast, friendly and very reasonably priced service. We'll only be calling him from now on when it comes to our HVAC!
Called Clifford on Friday afternoon around 3:00 PM with no AC. His son was out to our house in less than 20 minutes checking out all possible options of our relic AC unit. He was very professional and apologetic that he couldn’t fix it and we would need a new unit, but they could squeeze us in first thing Monday morning. Clifford showed up Saturday morning with a portable AC unit as the temps were over 90 and we expected company. The final product was great and even though it was more complicated than expected and took longer, I was billed exactly what I was quoted.
