He let us know how everything went, cleaned up all of the debris and gave us a thorough opinion of everything he thought about the remaining life expectancy of the roof.“

“I was looking to renovate my fullbath in my 30 year old home. I was looking to get rid of the tub thinking it was old but the salesman informed me that the tub was actually in great condition and I could save a lot of money keeping the tub. So we decided to do the shower siding and the rest of the bathroom. Few weeks go by the contractors show up put it all together and I could not be more impressed with the quality of there work. The contractors were quick, friendly and punctual. The bathroom itself is like a whole new room now. I will definitely be recommending tight seal to my friends and family.

We needed a new tub in our guest bathroom The assessment and scheduling was flawless with Tightseal, even during a busy season. Tight seal completed the renovation of the tub and shower quickly as well as the replacement of the vanity. The tub and shower job was perfect and they took extra steps to assist with the repair from the demolition associated with the vanity. Additionally, they replaced several of the corroded pipes in this bathroom, of which we were unaware of and saved us time on getting a separate plumber and water damage in the future. This company actually cares about there customers and I would recommend them to all my family and friends. I intend to use them again for the next bathroom remodel and outer door replacement.“

“Working with L.H. Krueger and Son to have our roof replaced, chimney cap replaced, gutters upgraded, and minor siding repairs was an excellent experience.

We started the process by receiving quotes from several businesses. Quotes generally offered a three options. What differentiated L.H. Krueger from others was the attention to detail during the initial assessment. Ryan identified issues that others missed. Following the assessment, we met shortly thereafter. I wasn't interested in meeting - I'd rather just get the quote in an email. But, the in person review was worthwhile. It was not a pressure sale's pitch.

Once we settled on L.H. Kruger to do the work there was a reasonable delay in starting the job because of their work backlog. There was another delay of a couple days because of the torrential rains in S.E. Wisconsin. It is seemingly irrelevant, but it is worth noting L.H. Krueger (Rachel) proactively communicated progress and promptly responded to my questions.

The roofing crew arrived on the expected date. They were excellent! They were efficient and conscientious. They were very helpful in addressing bathroom and plumbing venting issues properly. They went above and beyond. Cleanup was great. I wish I remembered the crew's names because they deserve being recognized.

Shortly thereafter, the chimney cap and siding repairs were performed quickly, per the schedule.

All in all, L.H. Krueger and Son did high quality work, proactively communicated, and provided very accommodating payment options.“

Ryan was the one who pointed out that our house never had house wrap! Our project was not simple, as we needed full sheathing replacement and new insulation before they could even get to the house wrap and finally the Hardie siding. “Shawn and his crew did an amazing job! From being the bearer of bad news that the roof was worse than we thought, helping us navigate homeowners insurance and doing the roof in the first bitter cold we had this year. He was patient with us when we tried to get the roof damage approved through insurance. Surprise, raccoon damage was not covered but he took care of us nonetheless. He wasn’t pushy and talked us through all the options so we could understand all the options. Who would have known all shingle are not the same? A complete tear down, beam replacement, chimney tear down and roof replacement done in a week in the extreme temperatures. These guys were real troopers, one even wore a Santa hat which was fun for the season. Clean up was great, we haven’t found a single nail or staple which I was worried about for our dogs and tires.
