Tom was very thorough and confident in the ability to do the job. I was in the hospital so I wasn't here during the repair and they were gone by the time I got home. It appears that the job was done well. I'll know more with snow and rain as it drains properly through the gutters and downspouts.After the big snow fall we had, the south downspout was iced up and when melted, was covering my driveway with water that froze and was quite dangerous. Also the end of the downspout was jetting out onto the patio and could have been a tripping/falling hazard. The quote for our work was very reasonable. The work was performed ahead of the anticipated schedule. The work was completed as discussed and the job looks great. They even left a souvenir mug. Very good experience.
