I’d highly recommend Modern Exterior. Our downspout blew off our house during a windstorm and broke. Although it was a small project to take on, I couldn’t find anyone willing to fix this for me…until I called Modern Exterior! The size of my project didn’t matter to them, they were happy to send someone over to give me a quote. Once I hired them for the job, the work was completed in a very timely fashion, and they did a fantastic job. They were professional, honest and offered very fair pricing for my project. I highly recommend!
The entire process was seamless. We had some hail damage and Jay (sales rep) was awesome and attentive helping to navigate. 2 weeks from filing a claim to a new roof that met our expectations.
From start to finish, Modern Exteriors did an amazing job. Dan came out and spent quite some time trying to locate the leak(s) in my roof. Dan explained all the options to try and repair the roof verses replacing the roof. As the roof was towards the end of its life span, the decision was made to just replace the roof. Dan dropped off shingle sample books for us to look at to determine the shingle type and color. We choose a few different options, and Dan wrote up quotes for each one.
