Big Fish Honored a workmanship warranty from a project they completed a few years ago - I was surprised and so very grateful for their attention, support and repair. The work was complicated for them and the unknown was stressful for us homeowners, but they took care of it all. It would have been devastating to our home top to bottom, if they hadn't show up for us. iI can't wait to use them again on my siding project. Our hats off to a great business!

Had Ryan out because we had a mysterious leak in the roof they installed in 2020. Last year we had them out and they found nothing, I was up there 4 or 5 times looking, caulking tuckpointing and couldn't seem to fix it. They sent the repair crew to try a few things and ended up finding a random framing nail poking through the shingles that we all missed. It wasn't even their fault, but they fixed it under the warranty and were awesome every step of the way! Highly recommend!
