Our lake house had a 22 year old cedar roof. We were working with a contractor on a renovation project to finish off third floor attic space and found the roof was beginning to show some minor leaking. An inspection by a cedar roof maintenance company which we had been using concluded the roof needed to be replaced. The roof of the house is large and quite complicated with some of the peaks and ridges 30 - 40 feet off the ground. After our horse barn roof suffered hail damage, LeFever did a complete roof replacement.The crew was organized, neat, and did the job in 2 days. I would enthusiastically recommend them.
Of note, there are three buildings on our property with all roofs being the same age. They pointed out that the other two roofs were in good shape and did not need replacement, but only minor maintenance.
