After checking out their booth at a County Fair over the summer, I was impressed by Exterior Pros and their offerings - specifically for roofing which we were considering replacing. Set up an appointment for the following week (in August) with Mike S. He walked us through our different options and was willing to answer all our questions and run a couple scenarios for quotes. We met again a couple weeks later to commit on one option. Exterior Pros would have come out to do it in November (only about 2 months later), but we requested it for April for our own reason. I had a great experience with Exterior Pros. When Mike came over to quote a smaller job, he noticed that my roof had hail damage that I hadn't noticed. Jay came over to see the damage to my roof, and worked with my insurance adjuster (including meeting him at my home) to get my roof replacement, as well as the replacement of my skylights and most of my gutters covered. The project manager, Matt, came over ahead of time to review the project, and made sure that everything was done right. Everything was done well and in a very timely fashion. Exterior Pros was very knowledgeable and professional with every step of my projects.Roofing, soffit fascia, siding, gutters and windows. Very happy with the results! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
