Great Lakes just did a repair job for us. Great prompt service. We found a new leak and they sent our a crew a week earlier than scheduled to help us out. Top notch and I would Highly recommend them.

We called with roof leaks and within 2 hours they arrived and removed the ice dams on the roof, cleared the gutters and stopped our leak. Danielle followed up with a call to make sure everything was taken care of and they will be checking back in when all the snow and ice is off the roof to see if we need any repair work done. All employees that I encountered were very professional. Thank you, I know it's not an easy job with the recent weather conditions.

This company always comes out quickly when we have a roof leak. They explained the work that was done, so we know the exact details. This last time, they had a new employee come out with one of their experienced roofers, and I was impressed with the detail he was giving the new employee, so the quality can continue,
