I wanted to share what an awesome experience I had. Hailee was incredibly helpful, and seemed to know exactly what I needed within moments of sitting with her. She was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the entire experience of trying to pick out glasses a breeze.
The whole staff is amazing. Kevin has always been a friendly face I’m always happy to see and work with him when I go in there. I feel very comfortable asking questions and appreciate taking the time to work with me.
This is the first time I’ve worked with Dr. Bryce Boente. He was very efficient and thorough during my eye exam and answered all of my concerns. Thanks shopko optical
I came to Shopko optical with a mission: to find glasses that looked good on me for the next several years. I was overwhelmed with the options and Rei (sp? Sorry girl) was AMAZING. So patient. Really listened to my concerns and picked options that fit my face really well. I ended up choosing something I would have never even tried as an option. I then wanted sunglasses to go along and had Marcus - they were sooo helpful, fun and gave thoughtful feedback.
Won a customer for life. It was such a great experience beginning to end!
