Came in to have my glasses adjusted...Erin was terrific! Personable and took time to make sure it was what felt and looked right. Will definitely get my next pair of glasses at Wisconsin Vision because of her great service!

I was unable to get an appointment until January, however, when I called up to the Grafton location today because I had a miscalculation of number of contacts left, Cindy was amazing and was able to get me a sample pair of contacts, at a different location, that I was able to pick up today in order to get me through to my appointment. Cindy definitely went well above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and able to see for the next couple weeks until my actual appointment. Would highly recommend them to anyone as they will do everything they possibly can to make sure their patients are well taken care of

I had a pair of glasses made in Spring and they did a great job. I noticed immediately that the glasses weren't right. I returned to my eye doctor and they had given me an incorrect prescription!! Wisconsin Vision redid the glasses with the correct prescription at no charge. I returned today for a second pair of glasses. Erin was great to work with and even pulled out some frames from the back which they had just gotten in. I chose one of those and will get the glasses in 2 weeks or less.
