“I've been a patient with Great Lakes, many, many, years. If I'm having any kind of problems with my new prescription, I can just walk in, talk to any of the employees,( their ALL so knowledgeable), tell them what's going on, and seriously they won't let me leave until my problem is solved. I've been working with(Tracy, she treats me like she would be treating her own mother. I actually feel so close to her, I call her my other daughter,lol). Then theirs Connie, she also treats me like I could be her mother. She treats me with so much respect, always concerned about my well being. Then there's Jennifer, I just had her today. She was so helpful today,and full of knowledge as well. She would not let me go until she new forsure I could see. She worked with me for quite a while. Phones would ring,customer's coming in, and she still would not leave my side. Dr. PEDERSON, well you will have to come in to see for yourself , to see All the knowledge, experience, and a amazing bed side manner,that I guarantee you will leave with a smile on your face,eyes just sparkling, ( now that you can see), and a heart that's full, . I then walk out am so happy how I was treated. Thanks guys, keep doing what you're doing.
Truly all of you will not walk out unhappy .

“Dr. Walters is the BEST eye doctor I have seen in the 40 plus years I have been wearing glasses/contacts. I started going to Dr. Walters two years ago when I was seeing large floaters in one of my eyes. When I called the eye clinic I had been going to for 20 years, they said they could set up an appointment three weeks out to be seen. Thinking it could be a retinal wrinkle or start of a detached retina, I called Dr. Walters office and they got me in the next day. Dr. Walters dilated my eye and it turned out to be fine.
