Great customer service all around, from the moment you walk in, until you leave the chair you get a royal treatment.The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Makes you feel at ease.
I was EXTREMELY nervous about going back to the dentist after a bad experience somewhere else. Everyone in Old Oak Dental made me feel welcome and safe from the moment I walked in the door. Nothing felt rushed or skipped over. They are a GREAT staff and completely got rid of my anxiety after being there for a little while. Will recommend them to anyone.
My family has been going to Old Oaks Dental for almost 10 years now. Dr Dan and his staff were always so great to us and now Dr Leah Fax is even better! Angela and Bridget are wonderful and so patient with our young girls as well. Facilities are also clean and modern. What more could you ask for? Can’t recommend this place enough!
