I had the best experience ever at Ulta Beauty of Kenosha yesterday!! Shyanne Stewart-Daniels at Store: 345 helped me download the Ulta App on my phone. Then, she made sure I got the 20% discount on my purchase!! She was kind, patient and exceptionally personal. It's so refreshing to see customer service at this level!! Very experienced when it comes to makeup less so when it comes to skin care. Came in looking for help and had the most amazing experience. I believe the girls name who helped name was Leticia. She picked out a bunch of great products for me and seemed to actually care about solving the skin issues I was having and not just pushing a sale and getting me out the door. Ulta is my favorite store and Iv been to many yet Iv never had as good of an experience as I had today. Give this girl a raise or a promo!
