I know literally nothing about makeup and I asked one of the staff members there to help me with everything and shade matching and she was so kind, non judgmental, and helped me find affordable options. She felt almost like an older sister helping me👍100/10

Normally I wouldn’t go out of my way to write a review like this, but I had such a positive experience today that it’s hard not to. I went in to Ulta looking to repurchase a foundation and get a shade match. I was assisted by Pearl, who was just absolutely lovely, knowledgeable, and friendly. After she sent me on my way, I was greeted by Mekaella in the perfume section and she helped me pick out a new scent while also being all around wonderful. It’s rare to be treated so genuinely by store employees just trying to do their job, especially without any overt sales pitches or aggressive upselling tactics. What a great experience!

I had the best experience ever at Ulta Beauty of Kenosha yesterday!! Shyanne Stewart-Daniels at Store: 345 helped me download the Ulta App on my phone. Then, she made sure I got the 20% discount on my purchase!! She was kind, patient and exceptionally personal. It's so refreshing to see customer service at this level!!
