You will not find better customer service than the is place. Kind, thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable. In a world full of corporate greed and money grabbing this place stands out among the best. Electronics are not cheap and despite our best efforts to protect them things happen. To have a business that truly goes above and beyond is just a gem. I won’t hesitate to go back. The gentleman that helped me, I forget his name, had curly dark hair and glasses with a lighter complexion, was FANTASTIC. Explained everything he was doing, was beyond patient and efficient. Customer service was fantastic! Phone repair by Andrew was completed incredibly fast. I had to drive 30 minutes due to no one else having the screen I needed. Well worth the drive. I will drive back down again if I ever need to. Highly recommend!!
