Even before a technician could get out, he took the time to walk us through steps to help mitigate the situation and prevent further damage. Steve came out to service my water heater, he was very helpful to troubleshoot the issue. After failed attempts of me lighting the piloting he identified the root cause right away and was able to light the pilot. He provided great service.
