Called four different companies and Aqua Well was the only one where I talked to a real person, not an answering service. They sent a service man later that same day. He went beyond what was expected and did not leave until I thoroughly understood what steps to take after he left. Received a water report about a week later. Very satisfied overall. FYI, of the other three companies where I left a voice mail only one got back to me . . . four days later.“

He listened to my concerns and advised what to do to make it through the next several days until he could fix it. He was transparent with pricing and even advised waiting until past the holiday just to save me the extra fees. Beyond that, his fees were considerably less than these larger corp quotes I was being given. He even offered to pick up the unit himself if the supplier could not get it in time. “BPP installed a bigger hot water heater for us and added a mixing valve to our emergency shower (we work in a chemistry lab). They were also nice enough to come back to help make adjustments so we could ensure we had the right temperature.
