Working with Aqua Well was a fantastic experience in every way. Diane at the office was very helpful and constantly kept me informed as to when crew would show up. Mike & Jim who did the pump removal were fast & efficient especially since access to our well was near some large trees. Chad & Logan finished by filling & sealing were also very quick and efficient. Everyone involved was informative kind and easy to work with. I’m so glad I chose Aqua well to properly close and abandon our old unused well.
Earlier this summer Aqua Well & Pump Systems replaced the in-ground pressure tank on our shared well. Other contractors avoided the project, which involved a significant amount of explanation and coordination in advance, and a long day on site once executed. Aqua Wells was pleasant to deal with at all stages of the process. Their staff, both field and office, were professional and responsive. They arrived with good equipment, a friendly and approachable crew, and worked hard in messy conditions. We don’t appreciate the value of skilled trades enough these days and I’m glad Aqua Wells is out there when we need them.
From the office staff to the workers in the field I was very happy with the work they performed. They all communicated well, left the area clean, and did it at a very fair price. I got a number of bids, and while they were not the lowest they were close. When I scoped them out they were a much better value than other companies and well respected from the research I did. Thanks again to your team at Aqua Well!
