We have been trying to complete 2nd story stairs for over 3 months(drawings, inspectors, contractors).We got connected to Andy at Lakewall in end of October- He came to see the site, told us what we needed, came again to prep for city inspection, it was approved on a Monday & they poured the concrete piers on Tuesday!! I talked with a Chuck on the phone, who was very pleasant and easy to work with. Logan, the technician that came out, was very knowledgeable, and did a thorough job. I had my pressure tank replaced due to the old one not holding pressure. It took about 2 hours or so, and doesn't look like anyone was here.
