I upgraded (myself) my thermostats to Nest units, and when one wasn’t working properly in cooling mode, they fixed it by adding an extra board to the zone, even though they didn’t supply Nest. They also replaced my water heater after it broke down; six months later, it failed again, and they replaced it free of charge—including the labor cost, which many companies don’t cover.
