“We hired Allen Kitchen and Bath to do a total renovation of our master bathroom. Laree, one of the owners, walked us through the entire design process and was very easy to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in providing design advice and selecting products. Overall workmanship was very good. Our carpenter, Glenn, was very personable and a pleasure to work with. Our tile guy, Nino, was fantastic. The plumbers and electricians were professional and did excellent work.
The follow up with respect to any issues that occurred was top notch.
We spent about a month or two working with Laree on design and contract decisions. Then, once the project actually got started, the work took a bit over 3 months. Throughout this process, we received constant updates from Deanna and Dan, our project managers.

They also performed minor fixes to drywall and done desk pressure wash. Real appreciation to two crew members. The two crew members were very patient and nice and skilled. Travis did a great job on my house roof and garage roof inspection and did not miss a thing. They even noticed the deck of my roof was not to code and paused the process to get me approved for a full new roof decking and that did not slow the process at all and got it fully approved by insurance also! “Brian and his team were wonderful to work with. The two young men who painted my LR, DR, BR, kitchen and hallway were very professional, efficient and detailed. I used a bold color on a wall with a cathedral ceiling and the straight line to the ceiling white was straight and steady. I’m guessing that why they didn’t want the caffeine I offered! Clean-up was done at the end of the work day and they returned the next day at the specified time. I love my “new” home and would recommend 3rd Generation.“

“This past spring, SCS Building and Remodeling completed a large screen porch to replace the deck on the back of our house. They were very easy to work with and receptive to any ideas or changes. They’re honest and meticulous and obviously take great pride in their workmanship. The screen porch is beautiful, and we use it almost every day.
We also had them repair our front screen door, and last week a crew did a great job repairing a leak in our garage roof. They arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Several years ago, they repaired some drywall water damage in our basement.
