Veridian Homes - Madison Area
“My husband and I recently built our home through Veridian, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We had the pleasure of working primarily with Kyle Wachter and Andrew Bauer, and both were incredible throughout the entire process.
Kyle was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. He was always willing to work with us on design updates and made the process of making changes feel easy and manageable. He communicated quickly, answered every question we had, and consistently checked in with us throughout the build to make sure everything was going smoothly. We truly felt like he was invested in helping us create a home we would love.
Andrew was a phenomenal personal builder and was such an important part of making the building process a great experience. He kept us updated throughout construction with frequent pictures and progress updates, which we really appreciated. He was always available to answer our questions and was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of our home. It was reassuring to know we had someone so attentive and knowledgeable overseeing the build.
Building a home can be a stressful and overwhelming process, but Kyle and Andrew made it feel exciting and enjoyable. Their communication, knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping us throughout the process made a huge difference. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did to help bring our vision to life and would absolutely recommend Veridian to anyone considering building a home!”
