We reached out to several companies before Dahlia, seeking ideas for how we could change the layout for our clunky primary suite. All of the companies supplied very surface level feedback with little inspiration. Then we reached out to Dahlia. Alycia and Jesse came up with an amazing plan that really improved the use of our space, and when we hired them to perform the work, the follow-through was tremendous. “This past spring, SCS Building and Remodeling completed a large screen porch to replace the deck on the back of our house. They were very easy to work with and receptive to any ideas or changes. They’re honest and meticulous and obviously take great pride in their workmanship. The screen porch is beautiful, and we use it almost every day.
We also had them repair our front screen door, and last week a crew did a great job repairing a leak in our garage roof. They arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Several years ago, they repaired some drywall water damage in our basement.

The follow up with respect to any issues that occurred was top notch.
We spent about a month or two working with Laree on design and contract decisions. Then, once the project actually got started, the work took a bit over 3 months. Throughout this process, we received constant updates from Deanna and Dan, our project managers.
