“Dr Grimes is beyond remarkable. I am a transgender man. The work he has done on me is about as flawless as it could be. Laura Hermsen his PA, is just as praise worthy. She has made me feel beyond comfortable. I’m from Green Bay and it’s difficult to not feel like I am anomaly and that I don’t belong. I have never felt that way for a moment in the care of any of them.
There is a new person on staff and I believe her name is Mia. But she helped me make some very serious decisions and had a level of empathy it’s hard to find these days. She may have saved me from becoming very sick with an infection after kindly and patiently talking me through the right steps to make.
The whole team in this clinic has been pretty fantastic. But these three in particular have made a significant impact on my journey. Its been a long process and I have encountered many of the doctors and they have all been well educated and knowledgeable and committed to giving me outstanding care. Thank you to the Urology Dept. for all you do. I am living a life I love thanks to the dedication of this team.“

“My daughter was visiting from Oregon for Hereford Jr Nationals. She woke up and had a migraine and vomiting. Knew instantly it was from the heat and dehydration. Clinic immediately got her in and listened to her. She felt heard and cared for. She left feeling so much better! Thank you to all who took care of her. “Was closed for a short while due to water damage but opened again. Only downside was the grant terms for testing for HIV were changed so I'll have to get that done elsewhere otherwise a clean place with polite staff.“

“I have an anxiety disorder with panic and after a year of frustration dealing with UW Health's bureaucratic business management (Doctors and Nurses were great), I decided to switch to SSM Health. I have BCBS Insurance. I contacted their intake and explained what was going on. They got me in very quickly with a Nurse Practitioner named Dr. Madison. There was a library of overdue blood tests I needed as well as OBGYN. Not only did I get in right away, but was able to get three appointments for my routine care and issues within the span of three weeks. All on my day off which is a Wednesday! All staff from business side to Dr. Madison was very personable and very caring. I got my blood test results back the very same day instead of two days as the lab predicted. Excellent service! Keep up the good work!“

The unthinkable news came and the women here helped us through and what would have been fatal for me they turned into a simple day of treatment. “I love the renovation they did with this clinic. The new facility is much bigger and easier for handicapped access. Not to mention the staff is phenomenal! They really helped me out when I was in a jam and I'm super thankful. My hand injury couldn't wait 6 months that I would be looking at at a different facility.
