Dr. Pichotta and Dr. Richey are both very knowledgeable, patient, caring, and personable (great sense of humor) and I always feel listened to and treated accordingly. The office in general has a great relaxed and friendly atmosphere. As my needs have changed over the years, their treatment changes to fit the current needs. That willingness to fit treatment to current needs was very important to me since I didn't want to get in a situation where the treatment became mechanical and same old same old.
