Love the staff. Location is very convenient. Hate how complicated the Mychart system is to get appropriate appointments and to contact the medical team outside of an appointment. Would recommend the clinic to anyone on the South Side of Madison.
Due to the immediate, though non-emergent medical need I had, I was seen by a physician that was not my primary physician, but she was very good at listening and performing a focused exam. I felt quite confident with her recommendations. She got back to me on follow-up at another clinic within 2 hours. Only dinged this review one star due to my wait of 25 minutes without clinic staff keeping me up to date on delays in the schedule.
I am grateful for the Pain Clinic. My care team is extraordinaire and they continue to assist me in choosing the best treatments to treat a chronic pain condition I developed in 2016 and pain from cancer surgeries I had 2021-2025. I would not be able to get out of bed without the care I receive at the clinic. I highly recommend the Pain Clinic to anyone seeking medication-free relief. The Pain Clinic has changed my life.
