I have been going to Wildwood Family Clinic for 18 years. I love Dr. Lentfer. She helped me with many challenges I have faced through the years. She never rushed me during office visits.

The office staff are friendly and helpful. The nurses under the doctors are amazing. The staff in the lab are also kind.

There have been providers that we have had a bad experience with.

Seeing a number of very negative reviews regarding phone experiences with the front desk staff, I want to chime in that yesterday I had an excellent experience with the front desk staff member who took my call. She was polite, communicative, and helpful in listening to my questions and directing me toward the best option to begin as a new patient. She efficiently got us set up with an initial appointment with a new primary care physician.

After going to Wildwood Clinic for many years, I would like to complement them on their new-ish (first time I spoke with her?) billing specialist named Megan. She was so friendly, helpful, and a joy to talk to! Much improvement over that awful woman S.G.
