“I just have to give a shout out to GHC for a well-run Urgent Care and staff that value their patients' time! My daughter needed to be seen for an urgent visit on a Sunday afternoon. I called at 3:30 pm, they got us in for a 4:15 pm same-day appointment and after waiting less than 5 minutes in the lobby we were out the door with a prescription by 5pm. WOW! Can't say enough good things about Group Health Cooperative.“

“I love the renovation they did with this clinic. The new facility is much bigger and easier for handicapped access. Not to mention the staff is phenomenal! “I have an anxiety disorder with panic and after a year of frustration dealing with UW Health's bureaucratic business management (Doctors and Nurses were great), I decided to switch to SSM Health. I have BCBS Insurance. I contacted their intake and explained what was going on. They got me in very quickly with a Nurse Practitioner named Dr. Madison. There was a library of overdue blood tests I needed as well as OBGYN. Not only did I get in right away, but was able to get three appointments for my routine care and issues within the span of three weeks. All on my day off which is a Wednesday! All staff from business side to Dr. Madison was very personable and very caring. I got my blood test results back the very same day instead of two days as the lab predicted. Excellent service! Keep up the good work!“

“I've been a WELL-CARED for member with GHC since 2019. When I first moved to Madison in 2018, I had a different service provider that was... questionable. As soon as open enrollment for insurance was available, I made the move as fast as I could. I have never had a bad visit here. I've ALWAYS received the best care possible. As someone who is a zebra when they typically treat cows (referencing my very complex medical history) they've handled it with superior care, concern and streamlined servicing. I've had everything done from physicals, lab work, physical/cognitive therapy, specialized treatment plans and about anything else you can imagine-- including surgeries contracted through UW Health Systems. Yes, there are preapprovals required for certain types of concerns, but I've never had an issue with paperwork going and has been done with little to no effort on my part. My doctor is Kyoko Felland and I ABSOLUTELY love her attention to detail and focus on my overall health. She always knows me and my concerns without having to look up my chart. I enjoy seeing her so much, I'd consider her a friend if it wasn't awkward. :) My husband had another PCP but after my stellar experience with her, decided to make the witch to GHC as well. She spends a good amount of time with us each visit and even catches up with our personal life mentions from previous visits. My children all see“
