Have you ever felt that you're not wanted a certain place? That is how I now feel about Northport Clinic (formerly Northeast Clinic). We have been long time patients and have appreciated the professional service provided. I don't know what's changed, but the service has gone down the tubes, but that doesn't apply to all the staff. There are three staff with whom I have an issue, two nurses and one customer service manager. I have had negative interactions with Bethann, RN. On two separate occasions, this nurse has been rude and unprofessional in the manner in which she interacted with both me and my husband.
