Thank you to the people working here that made such an awful situation more bearable. I never expected to need a place like this when we found out our family was growing. The unthinkable news came and the women here helped us through and what would have been fatal for me they turned into a simple day of treatment. A very hard painful day but much less than if I had been stuck at home to go through it or in another state with no place like this available. Thank you so much.
Planned parenthood is full of amazing doctors and nurses. Never had a problem with anyone.. except for a women named Celia. She not only is extremely rude and talks for the doctors you wish to speak too, she answers for them and assumes things during what should be an easy going phone call. If she gets too frustrated she hangs up on you or talks over you .. everytime. This women should not be near any health care profession. Myself and my girl friend both have had poor experiences with her. She is very careless and rude.
Otherwise planned parenthood is a safe space for women to go and does preform safe abortions.
Planned Parenthood is a Reproductive Healthcare facility and I will stand by them forever, especially after my most recent interaction with a Nurse Practitioner. I had a virtual screening prior to receiving a STD screening, I discussed with the NP my most recent risky exchange and how I have been experiencing symptoms that don't typically align with the STDs I was worried about. After listening to my symptoms and stories about rude comments partners have made about odor, the NP discussed proper reproductive hygiene and how I shouldn't feel bad how I smell when I'm healthy.
