“This was the second time I had to use them, Simon came out and performed a hydro jet cleaning with video. He found an issue with a collapsed pipe, and had it not been for the locator tool, I would have been in trouble. They more than likely saved me thousands of dollars. Simon was very professional, and excellent at his job, walked me through the process step by step as the camera was going through explained what was happening. I recommend Econo Sewer and drain to everyone. I won't use anyone else. They are great to work with, they care about us Veterans and the don't just say it, they show it. “We called on Monday, they were here on Wednesday, on time. Good communication; made sure before they got here to review the issue and ascertain what was needed. Did the job quickly and well, and the charge was very reasonable. Karus was very professional, and explained what was going on as he worked. Cleaned the work area very well, too...much appreciated! Would recommend, and they will be first on our list, the next time we have a plumbing issue.Update, 2/20/24...we had to have our tub spout/shower diverter replaced. Emailed Kenosha Plumbing. They responded quickly, and it was easy to set up an appointment. Will was on time, courteous, friendly, and had a new unit in hand, great match to existing fixtures. Once he arrived, Kevin determined that the lines were just dry and didn’t need to be cleaned. I appreciated Kevin’s honesty and the fact that he didn’t try to and do anything that wasn’t necessary. He also didn’t charge me for his trip, even though he could have. I highly recommend KSK Sewer!“
