ZERO reviews First of all gave an estimate for 3500 for a furnace and then told us it was 3750 when he was done. Do not let him touch your furnace. We had another HVAC inspection when we put in new central air. He never replaced the valves leading to the furnace and made my son get a larger unit than necessary. Found out today he routinely lies and makes ppl get a larger unit than needed. We have had to have someone else make the furnace safe!!!
Zero stars for customer service. Zero stars for ethics. Zero stars for lies. Zero stars for taking your money and not answering your calls. Had to involve the police in order to get satisfaction.
Had them out to look at my furnace. I know some things about furnaces howsoever he thought I was an idiot and he tried to baffle me that I needed a new furnace when the furnace wiring was just a little backwards. I thanked him for his time and send him on his way. If you need a really good furnace or air conditioner service technician call C & B out of Rubicon.
