The staff is amazing. Dr. Smith and nurse Sarah were very thorough and amazing. I am not sure what magic wand they use but my son had 4 wisdom teeth removed and he had little to no pain during recovery. Highly recommend!!

Well, DARLING DENTAL IS NOT THAT. Darling Dental reminds me of when I was a kid and your dentist is your dentist. I had a filling from another provider fall out and didn't want to go back to that office. Enter Dr. Darling! He took great care in explaining what he was planning to do and why before, during and after the procedure. He and his hygienist worked together like true pros. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and most importantly, not a in rush to get me in and out. I felt very taken care of and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to establish long term dental care in the North Shore!

We hired Sound By Design for a photobooth and specialty lighting at our wedding. The photobooth is incredible, amazing lighting and high quality images that look professional. The photos can be texted to your phone and there is a viewable online gallery that can be accessed by anyone with the link and you can see every photo saved. I love that I am able to look back on all of our guests photos! My only complaint were the props provided but I was told it was a coincidence. We specifically told our planner we loved Michael Jordan and that Space Jam is our favorite movie but ended up having props from the new Space Jam and a bunch of Lebron props. We are not Lebron fans so we quickly got rid of those when we noticed. No biggie though. I docked a star because we had paid for specialty lighting after the dinner and we had to track down the coordinator for this because they didn't switch the lights over. The lights were supposed to be multicolored throughout the venue and change to the beat of the music but they didn't start this until a while after dancing had started. We had to actively search for the vendor coordinator to figure out what was going on. We thought the stage lighting was supposed to change too but they kept those lights normal and bright and then eventually changed the rest of the venue's lighting. Overall, I definitely recommend the photobooth but if you have specific props you want, maybe coordinate that better with the vendor. If you choose to hire them for lighting as well, establish a timeline and plan for it so you get the most of what you are paying for without any hiccups.
I was new to the Milwaukee area and found My Pet's vet on what I call The Night of the Bloody Paw. One of my cats was periodically bleeding from one of her paws, and I couldn't find where.
This is an independent vet business, and I prefer to do business with independents because I feel like my animals get better care. I did call 3 or 4 other independent businesses before My Pet's Vet, but none of them were taking new patients. This place is a little farther away from me but they were independent and had room for new parients, so I emailed over the medical records for this cat and she was seen either that evening or the next. This was 2 years ago, so I've forgotten some of the details.
They found the claw causing this issue, treated it with kindness and care, and we set up appointments for my cats to get their checkups.
I have senior cats with senior cat medical issues and Dr. Beatty and his team have been wonderful at helping my furry friends live out their golden years as happy and healthy as possible.
This business does see all manner of pets beyond dogs and cats: guinea pigs, lizzards, rabbits, etc. I think there is only one exam room, so there are no long waits in a room full of other animals that could be distressing for the next patient. As of this review, they don't take pet insurance.
Other nice things:
They're very responsive to emails. They even do follow-up emails if your pet is sick, on a new medication, or something to see how it's going.
They have their own parking lot.
They have an ADA compliant wheelchair ramp and landing.
This business is in a house which is fitted for a business, so it has a comfortable, relaxing feel to it that both me and my animals enjoy.
My animals see the same vet and techs every time, and they are able to keep up on who they are and what they need.
This business works with other independent businesses if your pet has or would benefit from some medical care not provided here. The same cat from the beginning of this review received an ECG at this location from a traveling specialist.
Closing note: at the start of 2024 I adopted another senior cat. This one has hyperthyroidism and came to me with coccidia. I adopted another senior with needs because I felt I had the vet support I needed with My Pet's Vet. She's doing great now, too. ?
This team is AMAZING! They are so friendly both to the animals AND their parents. I had to bring in my big guy yesterday for an issue I had never experienced with any of my dogs before. They were so kind and thorough and helpful. They explained what they were going to do, why, and how it would help. They even told me there were optional treatments on the invoice that we didn't have to do (I did them, they helped my buddy). I asked about preventative measures and they explained how this event could have happened. They really helped to set my dog-mom heart at ease!
After Tucker had his procedure, he greeted me in the room and then happily greeted his Dr as well. I was SHOOK and that alone let me know how well they took care of my boy. I paid less than half of what I was expecting to, AND they have a great refer-a-friend program. I'm so thankful to this amazing team and my roomies for suggesting them! As long as I live in or near Milwaukee, my pets are coming here!

My mom enjoys living at Laurel Oaks. Her one bedroom apartment is the right size for her, updated and thoughtfully laid out. She's made a number of friends. Everyone is friendly and there are a variety of activities.
The meals are probably the area where she and her friends have the most complaints. There are menu items she would like to eat, but she's apprehensive about excess sodium. Also, some of the food is hard to cut and about once a week she and all of her tablemates leave a portion of the dinner because of this. It's inconsistent - one time an entree will be great, a few weeks later the same entree is unappealing.
Evelyn was my stylist, I got a MVP haircut where she trimmed my bangs and made my sides and back short. I then got a hot towel and massage. I love this place and the stylist just for what they do.

Stopped into Eyebrow Envy to get my eyebrows shaped and they did a nice job! I wish this location wasn't located inside Bayshore Mall because parking can be a little complicated but overall I had a good experience and would recommend them for threading.
The staff at the registers were super sweet and immediately asked if I needed assistance. Angel helped me out and quickly found me exactly what I needed, color matching me and testing products on my skin. She knew precisely what look I was after and finding multiple items was a breeze with her aid. I know who to seek out in the future for my makeup needs! ♡
I was very impressed with Dr. Spiedel and her nurse Dee Dee. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They are genuinely concerned about their patients and in making the dreaded doctor visit as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend Dr. Spiedel. The receptionist at check in was very nice too .

Magical nails on Port Washington and Bender has been my preferred nail salon for over 8 years. I’ve been going to Vivian for about 5 years.
I hate to give this review in fear that I won’t be able to get an appointment, but I have to give credit when credit is due. You all know how hard it is to find a good nail tech and salon. Well look no further. Magical Nails is the one.
They have a clean and upscale environment. Offering various drinks and snacks. If you don’t like that strong nail salon smell, this is the spot for you.
Vivian is so knowledgeable and professional when it comes to healthy nail care. She is also amazing with the full sets. I’m just past that point in my life, so I stick to manicures and pedicures.
They offer 5 different Pedicures ranging from $50-$100. Each one better than the previous one.
Today I received the deluxe pedicure and when I tell you her attention to detail has my feet feeling like a new born baby and the foot massage was amazing. Let me just say I’m happy with flawless shellac mani/pedi.
