Ryan was so excellent helping us today. My toddler dropped the shower head in a pool changing room and flooded the locker room. I was super embarrassed and Ryan was very helpful and cleaned it up. The staff here is generally fantastic, although it really pissed me off when we were charged for a month after calling and contacting a million times while my wife gave birth. Make sure you keep track of membership dues and fees, not helpful when trying to pause a couple months for a pregnancy which you’d think is common for members.
The kind staff and clean facilities keep us coming back.

Injuries reason, additional showers with seat/hand bars! Women’s Sauna was down today 1/10. Please keep us updated! Thank you. (Called 1/12 to check. The young man said the sauna should be back up since no one complained.)
