Customers praise Eyebrow Envy for its value, rewards program, attentive and caring staff, and versatile music selection. New clients are very happy with the service. The henna eyebrow service is quick, reasonably priced, and the process is well-explained. The color holds up well, even through swimming. However, some long-term clients have expressed disappointment with changes in the business, such as no longer accepting appointments and uncomfortable interactions with employees.
all of the staff members are so kind and welcoming, and they all have exceptional talent in eyebrow threading. no need to go in and ask for anyone in particular because they all know what they’re doing!! i’ve been serviced by almost all staff and they’re all incredible at what they do! I love eyebrow envy and i will ALWAYS make the drive out to their business!!
